30 March 2018 Can a Minor become a proprietor of a business with his mother as a legal representative, guardian & signing authority. I am from Hyderabad.

30 March 2018 Technically there is no ban on a minor starting a business but it is not advisable because he is not enter into any contract legally binding on the another person. It is better to form a trust for the benefit of the minor and start a business in the proprietorship of the trust
