Can any body assist nn tell what will be minimum threshold for gst number as per new gst draft...example for service tax it's 10 lakhs turnovers what will it be for gst

If the aggregate turnover of a person in a financial year exceeds Rs 9 Lakhs he will be require to get registered with GST. In case a person conducts his business in any of the North Eastern States including Sikkim, he will be require to get registered him self if his turnover exceeds Rs four Lakh in a financial year.

sir...I have been paying service tax as per mininimum turnover....we absorb service tax as we cannot collect it separately in this unorganised sector...
we buy paper which is with vat tax....we can't adjust it as we don't have vat num...
bt now with GST my paper bills will also show gst.....will I benifit by adjust thos amt against what I will pay as gst......please see gude....I hv been losing to much fr my profit......

now as per new draft dated 25.11.2016 it is :- Every supplier shall be liable to be registered under this Act in the State from where he makes a taxable supply of goods and/or services if his aggregate turnover in a financial year exceeds twenty lakh rupees: PROVIDED that where such person makes taxable supplies of goods and/or services from any of the States specified in sub-clause (g) of clause (4) of Article 279A of the Constitution, he shall be liable to be registered if his aggregate turnover in a financial year exceeds ten lakh rupees. 2. Every supplier shall be liable to be registered under this Act in the State from where he makes a taxable supply of goods and/or services if his aggregate turnover in a financial year exceeds ten lakh rupees:
