01 March 2011 My firm was alloted PAN in Noida(UP)which i was not knowing at the time of filing IT Return. Since Firm is registered in Delhi ,hence since registration two / three years back all IT Reurns were filed in Delhi.

I came to know of PAN jurisdiction only last year and i applied for PAN Migration in Delhi in March,2010. One year has passed PAN continue to be in Noida (UP) jurisdiction. For AY 2010-11 , IT Refund is there. Please advice how to get PAN migrated to get my IT Returns processed in Delhi.

02 March 2011 PAN is a permanent Number which would remain same where ever the Assessee may move;
Refunds are processed at CPC Bangalore if you had e-filed IT Return ant ITR-V duly signed, had to be sent to Bangalore for processing your refund directly without any hassle of jurisdiction;
