These are the documents which are filed with ROC, Can anyone guide me as I want to know the meaning of these filings with ROC.

28 June 2021 MGT- 7 form is Annual return of the company which basically contains basic details of the company and its business activities during the year and its subsidiary , share holding pattern, indebtedness kmp, remuneration, change in promoters, directors and KMP etc.

AOC-4 is for to file the financials statements

ADT-3 is for intimation of resignation of of auditors to ROC
