WHY FORM MGT-7 IS ASKING FOR COMPANY SECRETARY SIGNATURES ?
Pl don't fill particulars of PCS in MGT-7 since not applicable to the company referred in the query.

THANKS FOR THE REPLY BUT I AM NOT FILLING ANY PARTICULARS OF CS/PCS EVEN THEN MGT-7 IS PROMPTING FOR CS SIGNATURES. IF HAD TRIED SO MANY TIMES BY FILLING A NEW FORM EVERY TIME.
