Mgt-14 under resubmission for disclosure

17 June 2014 Dear Members,
Pls guide what to do when MGT-14 FILED FOR DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST OF DIRECTORS. ROC MARKED IT FOR RESUBMISSION WITH FOLLOWING OBJECTION
“Interest of director not disclosed. Form should be resubmitted by 17/07/2014 failing which the eForm shall be treated as invalid and shall not be taken on record. (Please refer Regulation 17 of the Companies Regulation, 1956)”PLS GUIDE URGENTLY

17 June 2014 In form MGT.14 you have to attach copy of board resolution along with form MBP.1.

Though it is nowhere mentioned that form MBP.1 is required to be attached with form MGT.14. But at the same time ROC are asking for form MBP.1 and marking form MGT.14 for re-submission.

I hope the above suggestion would be of some help.
