18 October 2014 Dear Sir/ madam,

Can you please let me know different method of raising fund for a 1 year old Pvt Ltd Company. The company dose not want to issue equity share capital (it already has issued Rs 500,000/-as equity share). what other methods are their.
Thanking for your answer in advance.

18 October 2014 As per the Companies Act 2013, pvt ltd company can not take loan from public. The option available to the pvt limited company is that to raise funds from the directors or any financial institute, not even from the relative of the directors.
