METHOD OF SERVING THE COMPANY AFTER NORMAL RETIREMENT
Is there any way other than the “usual consultancy agreement” thru which an employee can continue to do service the company, after his retirement on attaining the age of 60? Can it be called Contract Agreement, or Retainer Agreement etc? Where can one get a draft copy such an agreement?

make it a retainer agreement...draft the agreement on your own...its a good habit to start with...
