What fees is charged by CA on Merger Acqusition.
Is it on the percentage basis of final deal or something else.Please clarify me.

It is depend upon fact of the case like time required, Financial position of client etc.
But it cannot be based on % of final deal, as it violates the provision of CA Act 1949
