17 March 2010 The expenses would be as under:

1) Advoctes Fees : Rs. 25K-50K per company
2) ROC, RD, OL: Misc Exp: Rs. 15K * 3
3) OL' Auditor: Rs. 10-30K
4) CA Valuer - share Exchange Ratio: Rs. 10K - Rs. 25K
5) Other Exp: Rs. 10K
