So, if he desires he can maintain his books on Mercantile basis.

BUT THERE IS ANOTHER CONFUSION ABOUT THAT SIR, THERE IS NO MENTIONED ABOUT RULE 6 FOR COMPULSORY MENTIONED BOOKS OF ACCOUNTS ON CASH BASIS FOR PROFESSIONAL PERSONS
