I want to inspect the Memorandum of Particular company. I registered myself as Registered User on website. I am not able to inspect the document.
Please suggest what process i have to follow.

Think it is paid service. You will have to pay some fee either thro Credit card or Challan to bank and enter the SRN or go there to ROC and inspect it.
If the company is very old then such document may not be in the electronic repository.
