16 June 2014 I want to register a private IT company. Can I use the memorandum of association of an existing IT company that meets my requirements or is there any legal issue involved?

16 June 2014 Your MOA should be in accordance with Companies Act, 2013.

MOA in Companies Act, 1956 format will not be accepted by ROC.

You may take reference from the MOA of existing IT company as far as drafting of object clause of your company is concerned.
