I have a client who intends to start a Private Limited Company for construction activity business. Can someone help me by sending a soft copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association with regard to Private Limited Company with Authorised Share Capital of Rs.One Lakh in the business of Construction Activities. Another solution would be by doing inspection on MCA site of any construction you may download the desired onjects of construction company.
