05 September 2009 I have a client who intends to start a Private Limited Company for construction activity business. Can someone help me by sending a soft copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association with regard to Private Limited Company with Authorised Share Capital of Rs.One Lakh in the business of Construction Activities. 05 September 2009 I don't have the exact MOA & AOA. But i can send you the soft copy of another MOA & AOA. If you need then let me through PM.

Another solution would be by doing inspection on MCA site of any construction you may download the desired onjects of construction company.
