Is it neccessary to convert memorandum of Compnies act 1956 into Compnies act 2013 in documents ..?? if yes then what will the formalities to be followed...??

There is no compulsion in Companies Act, 2013 to adopt a new set of MOA & AOA. But if a company incorporated under 1956 act intends to do any event or activity
which requires alternation in MOA / AOA ,then it is suggested to adopt new set of
MOA & AOA as per Companies Act, 2013.
