What is actual gap between two Board Meetings and can i conduct AGM/EGM on Sunday?

AGM/ EGM can not be conducted on sundays or any of the Public Holiday.
In case of unlisted companies the time gap may range from 1 to 5 month but there must be one meeting in every quarter for an example one meeting is held in January and another is in June.
However, in case of listed companies the maximum time gap allowed by the Listing Agreement is 4 month.
