06 January 2018 I work in a Limited Company in Delhi, where I have joined in February, 2017. My deduction is PF & ESI. And recently, I came to know that, company is also showing mediclaim in my salary slip, which is added to my CTC. Then, after enquiry with the HR, I came to know that I am not being enrolled anywhere for mediclaim. So, shall I ask my company to compensate my whole deducted amount in the name of mediclaim?? From onwards, they are ready to add the mediclaim amount in my Take Home Salary. Shall I ask them to compensate my previous deducted amount in the name of Mediclaim??

06 January 2018 Definitely if they have not given Health insurance and shown in ctc same can be claimed from Doj till the date they have added to take home salary.
