01 April 2010 can we claim all kind of expenses, like doctor charges, nursing charges, consumbales, ambulance, medicine bill ??
or only amount spent on medicine??

Please provide me if any revelant notification / circulars on this.

01 April 2010 Reimbursement of medical expenses is not considered as a perquisite upto Rs15,000 pa if its incurred in India if its abroad S 17(2) will apply.
