Myself Ankur Garg working in a recruitment company, our company gives medical reimbursement to the employee and my query is that can a employee claim medical of his/her family members like wife/ husband/children and brother/ sister/Father & Mother..and i also want to know the exact definition of Dependent

medical reimbursement till 15,000/- is exempt condition-bills must be submitted.
this exemption is allowed on medical exp for himself and his family.
for this family means spouse, children and parents, brothers, sisters or any of them wholly or mainly dependent on the employee
