Pl. calculate Effective Capital of a private Limited company to fix MD remunerationbased on the following:

I would like to pay a remuneration not exceeding Rs. 42 lakhs per annum or at Rs.3,50,000 per annum i.e. Rs.3,00,000 plus perks Rs.50,000 per month. Pl. confirm its validity
