mca form -1 company incorporation

07 February 2009 i am filling form -1 of mca for incorporation of company .

size of file is 4 mb after all attacments in pdf and i wan to upload that file but mca can not upload file whose size will exceed 2.6 mb.

pls tel me how i can upload this file in other words reduce size of my file.

pls reply urgently if any one have solution for it

07 February 2009 Convert the word documents into pdf format and then attach to Form-1. For word to pdf conversion visit free soft ware at www.dopdf.

07 February 2009 While Converting your Word Format to PDF, You have Select the Size of 150dp then u can easliy reduce your size to 2.6 MB or even low than that. The Option of Selecting DP is given at the time of Scanning the Documents.

18 February 2009 You can file the Form 1 with all necessary documents whose size is less and mandatory to attach and make the size of the form 2MB.

Upload it on MCA and

for remaining attachment file it through Addendum option available at MCA site

but make sure that the attachment you are sending through Addendum also be of max. 2.5 MB.
