We are incorporating a Company. During the process of uploading Form-1, 18 and 32, we have filed Form-1 but not filed Form - 18 and 32 due to some problem and we have paid Fees for Form 1 through Credit Card.
Now we are trying to upload Form 32 and Form 18, but the system shows error message that Form -1 has not been filed and please submit Form 1 before filing Form 32.

So you are requested to tell us solution of that problem so that we can file Form 18 and Form 32 within time

14 August 2010 Pl check the "transction status" of e-form 1 with the SRN of that form. Probablly, the staus will be "resubmission" for want of e-form 18 and e-form 32. If so, first resubmit e-form 1 then file e-forms 18 and 32 at a stretch.

14 August 2010 The message is for "track payment status".
I have referred "track transaction status". Pl check that.
