If form 23AC and 23ACA not submitted to ROC within 30 days after AGM than what panelty pay by co. in current year

Additional fee as per section 611(2) of The companies Act,1956 has to be paid at the time of e-filing. Inordinate delay may lead to, in addition to additional fee, show cause notice followed by prosecution proceedings.
