Sir, When can get company incorporation certificate after submitted SPICES forms.. But We receive an PAN & TAN through mail but not an Incorporation certificate.. How Long does it take time..? Anyone Plz Suggest Sir.

Incorporation certificate will not get by mail. Can be downloaded from MCA portal
upon approval of Spic forms.

www.mca.gov.in -> MCA Services -> Track SRN/Transaction status -> enter use id
and password/ enter characters displayed -> click sign in -> enter SRN, SRN date
and end date -> click submit-> click on certificate in the appeared screen
_> certificate will be displayed -> take print out.
