The fee for 23ac and aca will be determined while uploading the form. It depends on the date of event of AGM and other events like delay in filing the form.

23AC is for Balance Sheet , 23ACA is Profit and Loss A/c Combined uploading , Fees calculated on 23AC as per Nominal Share capital , 23ACA-nil
