16 June 2014 what are the forms that are to filled for appointment of director by the company as well as by the director.

16 June 2014 You may appoint a new director as Additional Director u/s 161(1) of companies act, 2013 by passing a board resolution in board meeting.

You have to file form DIR.12 for the appointment of additional director within 30 days of passing board resolution.

Do not forget to collect form DIR.2 for consent to act as director and DIR.8 towards the fact that director is not disqualified to be appointed as director.

Form DIR.2 and DIR.8 is to be given by the director.
