11 October 2014 In MBP -1 Whether a director has to disclose his interest in same company

11 October 2014 In MBP.1 a director is required to disclose his concern and interest in other companies and firms. Above disclosure include his shareholding interest. Form MBP.1 is required to be filed in form mgt.14.

I would suggest you to read section 184(1) for removal of all your doubts.

Revert if there is any doubt.

Please confirm whether it is mandatory to attach MBP-1 also as an attachement to MGT14 or mere resolution informing that company has received MBP-1 from directors will be enough

11 October 2014 Only resolution passed to take note of disclosure of interest is required to be attached in form MGT.14.

No need to attach Form MBP.1
