In MBP -1 Whether a director has to disclose his interest in same company

In MBP.1 a director is required to disclose his concern and interest in other companies and firms. Above disclosure include his shareholding interest. Form MBP.1 is required to be filed in form mgt.14.
I would suggest you to read section 184(1) for removal of all your doubts.

Please confirm whether it is mandatory to attach MBP-1 also as an attachement to MGT14 or mere resolution informing that company has received MBP-1 from directors will be enough

Only resolution passed to take note of disclosure of interest is required to be attached in form MGT.14.
