do we need to file Mbp-1 if there is no interest in any concern?

No need to file form MBP.1 if there is no interest to disclose. However, it is advisable to record this fact in the board minutes.

THERE IS AMBIGUITY ON THIS QUESTION ...I AM RECIEVING BOTH THE POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE ANSWERS FOR THE SAME SO I THINK IT WILL BE BETTER TO FILE MGT-14
