Dear sir,
In MBP 1,directors needs to disclose their interests in other companies.
Whether disclosure of Indian company is enough or we need to mention interests in Foreign Companies also?

Disclosure of interest by director as per section 184(1) includes concern or interest in "body corporates". As per section 2(42), body corporate includes a company incorporated outside India. Therefore, disclosure through MBP-1 is required for foreign companies also.

Not company alone. Interest in firms and association of individuals also should be disclosed.
