22 May 2009 Not a bad idea to do both the course. You will need to fill up Form 112 to ICAI. If you want to do MBA through correspondence then I think you do not need very good %age of marks in graduation. But you may have to fulfill the minimum marks criteria of the Institute from where you will do MBA.
