Maximum limit to pay Fuel, Uniform & Meal Coupons

Respected Seniors,
Good morning,
We are going to revise salary breakup in our organisation. I need your help.
Is there any monetary limit of the following for I.Tax exemption :-
1. Fuel reimbursement,
2. Uniform Allowance,
3. Meal Coupons(Sodexho Passes).
Please clarify again.

Fuel reimbursement: In my opinion, it forms part of Transport allowance and hence exempted.
Uniform allowance : exempted to the extent used for the said purpose
Meal Coupons: Coupons worth of Rs 50 per day or Rs 1500/- per month is exempted
