Dear Sir,
I would like to know the maximum no. of leave that can be availed during the articleship period of 3 years and the mode of calculation of leave entitlement.

As per Institute guideline it was 137 days. But if ur allow for accumalation of leave then according to the company policy, it may increase.
02 December 2007
1/7 th of articleship period served. In case excess leave is taken then you will have to do extension.
