Matter of service tax for transporter after rcm

good evening experts . if I want to open my new Transport business.then sir as per RCM service tax will deposit by service receiver behalf of us. then sir is IT compulsery that I will take service tax registration.

If you are an individual and if you are not issuing the consignment note, then you are not treated as GTA. Registration is Not necessary for such services, in my opinion.
