IF I M A TRANSPORTER AND MY GROSS INCOME LESS THAN 10 LAKH WILL I REGISTER IN SERVICE TAX DEPT.

If your Gross receipt exceeds Rs.9 lakh need to register and charge service tax only cross the limit Rs.10 Lakh
