good evening sir,
can a person who received pension fill their income tax return U/S 192 for the f.y 2009-2010.

Now, a person can file the return of AY 2011-12 and AY 2012-13 only.

For FY 2009-2010 the relevant AY is 2010-11 so he can not file his return after 31.03.2012.
