Can U Tell That .
The New Rule Of That Whose Income I below 5 Lakh . He Will Not Fill Income Tax Return.When This Rule Will Effect. In This Financial Year.When I will Fill My Income Tax Return Of Previous Year ( 2010-11). Or Next Financial Year. When I Will Fill My Income Tax Return That Current Year.

25 July 2011 Applicable for financial year 2010-11. For details pl refer CBDT notification 36/2011 dated June 23,2011.

25 July 2011 This exemption is only for salaried persons and that too only when their emplyer has deducted TDS of the exact amount as his tax liability.

So if you have to deposit any tax, or claim any refund or if you are not a salaried perosn, the exemption is not available.
