29 March 2012 gud afternoon sir,
in our co. a contractor of sweeping service and sir his firm is not register firm . we deduct his tds. he used his pan card no.he have seving account.his monthly payment approx 50 thousand. and sir total payment still approx 15 lakh his in saving account.than sir i want to ask u .
1-will he fill income tax return.
2-if yes than which form
3-what he will do for register their firm.
plz plz help me abt. this query. this is very urgent for me

29 March 2012 1.Yes he should file his return of income as as per your query his in come sought to be exceeds Rs.180000
2.Since you have deducted TDS on PAN of Contractor the return of income should be filed in individual form.
3.If he wants to create partnership firm the sames can be made by making partnershipdeed along with other person and get separate PAN for the firm.
