Can any one tell me whether it is enough to study practice manual of institute only for CA Final Audiiting paper

practice manual itself isnt sufficient. you gotta cover the primary reference material.

But i have seen some people's comment that they cleared the subject by reading PM only.

I too cleared using PM only. But I don't see it as a good habit and ICAI is not under any compulsion to only ask questions from PM. Do you wanna take that risk?
