11 February 2012 Dear Experts,

we sale material to SEZ before 1year, but now buyers wants to return some material due to quality reason, We recivied proff of export form buyer & same submitted to excise depatement, now the problem is SEZ authorities of buyers demands that we pay duties first than they return material,
Is there is any procedure that they return material without pay any duty when we resale this material in domestic market than we pay duty. Pls suggest

14 February 2012 Once goods sold to SEZ, classified as export, in this case if you request to sez, (sez) can issue challan and on the basis OF CHALLAN you will be return back & rectify the goods & send again in sez, without any duty paid on the strength of challan submit in sez challan.
