Please give the advice on below details.

we are a manufacturer, can we send our inputs directly from supplier to our job work premises.
Is there any permission is required from Asst comm ?
if yes then what is the procedure?

25 April 2013 No permission at all. Ideally the buyer can be you and consignee the JW. You may send a dummy returnabl;e dc indicating that material already received by JW to tranck and ensure the receipt. See a good book Central Excise law & Procedures by V Ranghuraman has that + others
