I had passed both groups of PCE June 2009 whose result was declared on September1,2009. I havent yet recieved my marksheet. Plz can anyone tell me what to do now?? As i havent recieved any satisfactory answer from the Regioal centre.Tellme what to do??

You have to write a registered letter to your students section of decentralised office where you have registered quoting the your hall ticket no or examination roll number.
