MARKETING EXPENSES REIMBURSEMENT

03 January 2023 Dear Sirs : One of my client has many marketing executives who visit far flung areas in India. When ever they need funds amount is transferred to their account and they withdraw cash as and when required. When they return from tour, documents are submitted and BALANCE cash is given to them. Marketing staff is of opinion that such funds transferred to their account is their INCOME and they don't have any evidence that this money has been used to meet marketing expenses on behalf of company. Kindly advise ! Kind Regards !

The documents submitted is the evidence, they can have copy to prove it as it's not their income.
