Dear Sir
How to find out market price of company , for eg. ABC Co Share Capital is 100 Lac F.V. Share is Rs.5/- pat Ra. 50lac P.W is 15 time findout market price of co.
Kindly explain me this with formula

there are various methods. Developement approach, growth approach and so on. Modigliani, Miller approach.. Please refer a good book say SC Kuchhal or IM Pandey for the exact formula.
