Sir,
I am having registration from the excise department as a manufacturer. In the case of dispatch of raw material as such whether I have to take dealer registration or not. Is there any difference, if i procure material other than those tariff items in which I have registration and raise the excisable invoice.

Same invoice mentioning removal as such should be used. NO dealers registration necessary.
