How to file Manual return of Income Tax for AY 2013-14?

what is the procedure.... Please help me.

Check out from above link. You need to fill return in ITR Form manually and submit the same in your Jurisdiction.

10 June 2015 you can not file the return of a y 2013-14 due to last date was 31.3.2015 but you can file after taking permission from the commissioner of your ward.
