Whether services provided by naukri.com or other similar websites fall under manpower recruitment/supply services ?

In case they are providing only database of condidates then this services will fall under "Online Database retrieval services"

Incase they are introducing condidate to a company/ entity. These services will be Manpower Recruitment services. (not manpower supply).
