Which doc I should upload as principal place proof and what will be the nature of premises?

If you take it on rent then show it rented.
If it is your own place then show it as owned.
And if it is of any other person not charging rent then consented.
You can upload electricity bill on name of owner,bank statement, rent deed, consent letter

You have bank statement of current a/c ... Use it as proof.....
