Mandatory appointment as CS

08 November 2009 As per Section 383A of the Companies Act, 1956, a CS is required to be mendatorily appointed by a Company having share capital of Rs.5 Crore or more. Is there any similar provision in the Companies Bill, 2009 for compulsory appointment of CS?

But there are certain other provisions in Companies Bill, 2009 to safeguard the interest of profession.
