20 October 2013 our one of the director who is ceo has to be made managing director.. co. is pvt ltd company. pls tell me the procedure step wise how to appoint md. pls tell all the formalities to be done.

20 October 2013 First understand appointment of MD is not mandatory for a private company.

However if u want to appoint him as MD, kindly refer the terms of your MOA in this regard.

For appointment of MD in private company sinply a board resolution is enough.

After appointment file form 23 and 32 with ROC.
