1.XYZ pvt. Co. converted into a public co. on 31st march 2009. Does the provisions of schedule Xiii of companies act applies on the company.
2. if the Effective capital of the comapny is negative and a remuneration of 200000 per month is being given. Is it against the provisions of coampnies act.
3.What is the Central Govt. Approval is Required.
